HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1
Pick your perfect styled pop-up wedding date, location + time and complete the booking form to start the process.

STEP 2
One of our coordinators will reach out to review your submission + verify a few details.

STEP 3
Based on the package chosen, you will receive an agreement as well as an invoice for the deposit. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon receipt of the agreement to hold your date and time. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your big day.

STEP 4
Your wedding planner will be in touch within 24-48 hours to set-up a time to meet. During this initial meeting your wedding planner will take you through any options as well go over next steps and what to expect. You will have the opportunity to personalize the following details for your special day:

Floral & Decor:
•You will work with your wedding planner to customize the elements of décor available. Styles are subject to change with trends and seasons.
•Based on seasonal availability, your wedding planner will work through the various options available for your custom bouquet and boutonniere.

Vows:
•The ceremony has a selection of Readings, Vows, and Ring Exchange options you can choose from to make your ceremony very personal, unique and memorable. You also have the option to write your own vows that will reflect your feelings for each other and your hopes for the future.
•If you would like to incorporate something different into your ceremony, such as a ritual to symbolize the unity of a new marriage, your cultural uniqueness, or the welcoming of children together as a new family, our officiant will be delighted to make this happen.

STEP 5
It’s time to do some fun stuff like invite your guests, decide what you will wear and pick-up your marriage license.

STEP 6
Your big day has arrived! Don’t stress over the little details; let us take care of everything!
You and your guests will be personally greeted upon arrival, no more than 30-minutes prior to the ceremony. Once the guests are seated, your personal selection of prerecorded music (or instrumental) for the prelude and processional will start and your unique and private ceremony will begin!

Immediately following the ceremony, you and your invited family and friends will enjoy some time to celebrate at your mini pop-up reception featuring bubbly, savory bites and sweet treats.
