FAQ

WHAT IS A POP UP WEDDING?

A pop up wedding includes all of the best traits of a traditional wedding - without the price tag! They are a stress free alternative while still being as special and unique as you are. A Pop Up wedding offers you simplicity and a perfect mix between an elopement and an extravagant wedding all wrapped up in a 90 minute package. All the big ticket items are included in a pop up wedding; venue, celebrant, wedding planner, ceremony, mini-reception and photographer, allowing you to save thousands on your wedding day.

WHAT IS THE COST?

Each of our private packages are created to suit the couple's needs and every Pop Up Wedding ceremony is different. Therefore, pricing can vary based on venue, time, and date. A Pop Up Wedding can save you a fraction of the cost compared to a traditional wedding and our team can create your dream wedding for you.

HOW MUCH DO THE VENUES COST?

Each venue is priced individually based on their fees, wedding date requested, and number of guests.

WHO TAKES CARE OF THE MARRIAGE LICENSE?

You are responsible for coming prepared with your marriage license on your wedding day. Marriage Licenses may be obtained from the County Clerk's Offices in Killeen, Belton, and Temple. More information on Texas marriage licenses can be found at www.bellcountytx.com

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?

Bring yourselves dressed and ready to go, your marriage license, your rings and your vows (if you are saying your own!).

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN WE INVITE?

This is dependent on the package chosen. Number of guests range typical between zero to a maximum of 50 guests. Children under 2 are not included in this count.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN WE BOOK?

You are able to book your wedding anywhere between 2 - 8 weeks out.

WHAT TIME SHOULD MY GUESTS AND I ARRIVE?

You and your guests should arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to your ceremony time. Upon your arrival you will be greeted by one of our team members who will review your processional and go over the wedding documents with your officiant. A more detailed itinerary will be emailed to you a week before your wedding day.
